Customize & Order Marketing Materials
Whether you meet a prospect face-to-face before you add him/her to a Campaign, or anytime in the sales flow, print materials work hand-in-hand with your online, on-demand marketing assets. NetGen manages your custom print materials, from business cards to all marketing collateral. Most important, they are easily customizable online, even for the most basic user, connecting your hard copy and soft copy worlds. You can order as many products as you want. These orders are all placed individually by product, will ship separately, and each have their own confirmation number.
Customize and Order Marketing Materials

Personalize your print products with your website, your contact info, and your unique business offerings.
Step 1: Click on Marketing Module, then on the Place Order sub tab.
Step 2: From the dropdown menu, select a product group to customize and purchase.
Example: Business Cards, Flyers, Postcards, Banners. The window will refresh.
Step 3: View choices of products. Click on a product to customize.
Step 4: Customize the product with information on the available fields. Some fields will be
choices, others will be freehand type. Be sure to type exact characters.
Step 5: Click Refresh Preview. The window will refresh and you will see the product
with your customized information.
Step 6: If correct and complete, click Continue.
Step 7: If there are two sides to the product, customize the back of the product.
Step 8: Click Refresh Preview. The window will refresh and you will see the product
with your customized information.
Step 9: If correct and complete, click Continue.
Step 10: Place a checkbox next to "Approved". Note: All approved and ordered products
are final.
Step 11: Select Quanity. Shipping cost will automatically fill.
Step 12: Complete Shipping and Billing information.
Step 13: Submit Payment information
Step 14: Click Submit. Only click Submit once.
A confirmation page will display with an Order Confirmation Number along with the printer's contact information. An email with your order confirmation number along with the printer contact information will also be sent to you.
Prices

We have negotiated great prices for all print products due to the volume of our group. Click on "Prices" to see a list of all products, quantity choices, shipping information, and product prices. All products must be ordered separately as the print vendor varies for each product.
Add Image to Print Material

Various print products are created and designed with the ability for you to add a personal photo to personalize and maximize the marketing exposure. Personal images are loaded, edited, and cropped in the Library Generator.
