Emails, Categories and Lead Signup Forms can easily be shared with users allowing them to automate lead communication. When administrators update or edit shared content, content is immediately updated to user's within their network.
Shared Emails allows users with set permissions to view and utilize for lead communication. Shared Email Messages may not be edited by users, but will have their Default Signature when sent to out of the system to leads.
Share Email Messages
1 Click on Lead Generator.
2 Click on the Campaign sub tab.
3 In the Email Messages block, click on the name of the Email Message.
4 In the Email Message Details block, you will see Content Sharing.
5 Permission Groups Available will display the permission groups within your group.
6 Click on a Permission Group and then click the + box.
7 The Permission Group will now display under Permission Groups Shared With.
8 Repeat for multiple permission groups.
9 Click Save Changes.
Shared Email Messages will be available for users to send to leads in Lead Details, Send Message.
Un-sharing emails is administered as simply as sharing emails. When emails have been shared with users with your network, and then un-shared, these emails will no longer be available to users.
Un-Sharing an Email
1 Click on Lead Generator.
2 Click on the Campaign sub tab.
3 In the Email Message block, click on the name of the email.
4 Under Email Message Details, you will see Content Sharing.
5 Under Permission Groups Shared With, click on a Permission Group and then
click the - box.
6 Repeat for multiple permission groups.
7 Click Save Changes.
Un-shared emails will automatically be unavailable to users. Users that have used an email within a category when building a campaign, the email message will still be be available, however it will not be available when building new campaigns.
Shared Lead Categories allows users with set permissions to view and utilize for lead communication. Shared Lead Categories may not be edited by users.

1 Click on Lead Generator.
2 Click on the Campaign sub tab.
3 In the Lead Categories block, click on the name of the Category.
4 In the Lead Categories block, you will see Content Sharing.
5 Permission Groups Available will display the permission groups within your group.
6 Click on a Permission Group and then click the + box.
7 The Permission Group will now display under Permission Groups Shared With.
8 Repeat for multiple permission groups.
9 Click Save Changes.

Shared Lead Signup Forms allow users with set permissions to view and utilize in Lead Generator and Web Builder. Shared Lead Signup Forms may not be edited by users.
Share a Lead Signup Form
1 Click on Lead Generator.

3 Click on the name of the Lead Signup Form.
4 Under Lead Signup Form Details, you will see Content Sharing.
5 Permission Groups Available will display the permission groups within your group.

7 The Permission Group will now display under Permission Groups Shared With.
8 Repeat for multiple permission groups.
9 Click Save Changes.
Shared Lead Signup Forms in Lead Generator
Shared Lead Signup Forms will be available in the Lead Generator for users with permissions to add manual leads, and to view Campaign tab.
Shared Lead Signup Forms in Web Builder
Shared Lead Signup Forms will be available in the Web Generator for users with permissions to create Build Your Own Web Pages, using Tools: Lead Forms. They will also be available to use when creating Links with the Link Generator Tool.
