Building & Sharing Content

All content for the WG is built using shared Tools, shard Pre Defined Regions, and shared Templates.

Note: If these pieces are not shared they will not be seen by the user.

These content pieces need to be shared with the permission group that will be allowed to use the WG. In addition to sharing, the content also needs to be locked down to a specific region. If it is not locked to any region, the user will not be able to see that content piece. When you share a template with a user, it allows them to put in their own information or images.

Example: Template ‘Text paragraph’ is shared with the user. The user puts the template in the ‘900 region’. They now put their bio in the template using the RAD Editor.
