User permissions are a big part of the dynamic functions of NetGen. Users are set to pre-set permission groups. Based on the permission group they are set to, they have access to modules, functionality within the modules, and content. Administrators have the flexibility of creating content and sharing it with specific permission groups. Once content is shared, users can utilize the content to promote their business, automate lead communication, customize campaigns including: web pages, lead signup forms, email messages, print materials and more. Although your group account may vary, the pre-set permission groups are: GenDrive, and GenExcelerate. Each permission group has been created to give various functionality within the application as well as determine what content is available to the user.
