Concepts

Revisioning is a Management Tool that allows the admin to preview/revise multiple items. Revisions are used in order to change content in the system, without changing the live content of a website. The admin can revise a page, layout, template, or Pre-Defined Region individually.  This tool also gives the ability to publish a revision immediately or at a later date if needed. Once a Revision is published it cannot be edited. To edit a live revision the admin must first clone it.
Note: The Site Revision with the latest date that is not in the future, is the live revision.

The Note box is for notes on the site revision. A Note is a reminder of changes made to an item or site, why those changes were made, and who made them.
** Always write a note when making a new site or individual revision.
Example: Template 1, Added a slide show to the top of the template. The date and who made changes will automatically put at the beginning of the note.
