Concepts
Publishing is a tool that gives the admin the choice of making a site or any content piece, go live immediately or at a future date. This tool also allows the admin to revert back to a revision in the past, if the edits were not approved or wrong.
Publish a Site Revision Immediately

1 Click the Content Generator tab
2 Click the Site Revisions Sub Tab
3 Click the Edit Button of the revision to be published
4 Make appropriate changes
5 Click the Save Changes button
6 Click the Preview Site Revision button to make sure all edits are correct
7 Click the Publish Site Revision button to publish immediately
Publish Site at a Future Date

1 Click the Content Generator tab
2 Click the Site Revisions Sub Tab
3 Click the Edit Button of the revision
4 Go to the Live Date box
5 Enter in the date that the site will be published at. (IE 4/25/2010 1:20:00 PM)
6 Click the Publish Site Revision button
Publish Pages, Layouts, Templates, & Pre-Defined Regions

1 Click the Content Generator tab
2 Click the Item Type that will be published
3 Click the Revision Details button or the World Wide tab in the WYSIWYG
4 Click the Revision that will be published
5 Click the Publish button
