The Folder system enables administrators and users to organize all content.  By organizing all content in folders, you have the ability to group web pages, layouts, templates, pre-defined regions, images, documents, and media. By using the folder filter drop down located throughout NetGen, access to all content is streamlined. In combination with the Sharing feature, the administrators can share certain folders for users to use but not edit. You can choose to share a folder after you have created it by clicking the folder and choose the permission level you would like to share with.

The new folder system is located in the Content Library in the sub-tab called “Folders”

To add folders simply click the button that says Add Folder.
