A Campaign, created and shared by Group Administrators, allows Network Users to have dynamic and compliant Lead Categories, Email messages, and Lead Signup Forms. This ensures that all leads generated within your entire network receive branded, consistent communication. This also makes lead follow-up not only turn-key, but universal to all Uses within your network.  Once Lead Categories, Email Messages and Lead Signp Forms are created in the Group account, administrators can choose to share each element with specific Permission Groups within their network.

Campaign Elements:

Lead Categories:
Defines the sales flow to a User, and controls the schedule of triggered email messages.

Email Messages:
The communication or “follow‐up” information sent out to a lead; corresponds to the designated category of a lead.

Lead Signup Forms:
Uses survey questions to capture vital lead data and may be placed on a user's web pages.

Lead Generator is a Category driven module. Email messages connect to Categories; Lead Signup Forms connect to Categories. Once the sales flow has been created, it allows Users to efficiently organize their leads into Categories and automate lead communication.  Categories determine which email messages are sent to a lead, as well as the scheduled trigger of the email messages.  Lead Signup Forms use survey questions to capture lead data.  A new lead added through a Lead Signup Form - that has been connected to a Category - automatically adds the lead to the Category and begins triggering the Email Messages assigned to that Category.  It is optional to connect Lead Signup Forms to Categories; however, if not connected initially, manual placement of new leads into Categories becomes the User’s responsibility.

For Example, the Interested Category triggers a series of marketing email messages, scheduled to send out approximately every few days for the first two weeks.  Each email message has individual content – all encouraging a lead to take action.  When a lead takes action – for example, returns a phone call or email - and specifies interest in the products, a User moves the lead from the Interested Category to the Product Opportunity Category - and a new series of email messages connected to Product Opportunity automatically trigger, suspending the Interested email messages.  The lead decides to become join, and the User moves the lead to Enrolled. A Campaign allows for a User to move leads to various categories based on their progress within the lead sales flow.
