System Auto Emails

NetGen sends out administrative email messages when specific actions are taken within user accounts. Emails are sent to the user email address in Account Settings. Below are a list of administrative emails and when they are sent.

New User Welcome Email

New User Welcome Email is sent upon new account creation in NetGen.

     Welcome to the Front Office!

     You can now login at: www.yourcompanyfrontoffice.com

     Your Username: User Username
     Your Password: User Password

     Please login and click the Support tab to access the network [SG] Support Generator.
     The Support Generator is available 24/7 to view webinars, search the dynamic
     knowledge base, access the support website and more....


     In order to receive administrative emails, please add noreply@netgenmail.net to your
     address book and put it on your safe list.

Lost Password Email

A Lost Password Email is sent to users that click on the Lost Password button on the Front Office login page.

     Username: User's Username
     Password: User's Password

Account Settings Change Email

A User Account Change Email will be sent when changes are made to a user's account settings.

     Your Account Settings have been updated.

New Lead Notification Email

A New Lead Notification Email is sent to users that choose to be notified when new leads are added to their account.

     Hello,

     A new lead has been added to your NetGen account:

Calendar Event Reminder Email

A Calendar Reminder Email is sent when a user chooses to be notified of a lead calendar event.

Marketing Generator Order Confirmation Email

The Marketing Generator Confirmation Order Email is sent when users submit orders within the Marketing Generator.

     questions or need to make any changes to this order, you must contact the printer

Account Upgrade Email

An Account Upgrade Email will be sent when a user has upgraded their account.
    
     Hello,

     Your Account has been upgraded to GenExcelerate!  The Marketing Team is
     currently developing special content for all GenExcelerate users including more
     marketing materials, web pages and campaigns.


     Your Upgrade includes a multiple web pages. To view your web pages
     and choose a new default web page - go to the Support tab and click on the
     GenExcelerate image. In the menu on the left click on "My Account Settings", then
     click on "Edit Account". Navigate to Default Web Page and follow the steps to make
     the new site your default.
