One of NETGEN's great features is the sharing feature - or the deploying of content and campaigns to users. Administrators create and share content with permission groups. Users are set to a permission group. If content has been shared with a user's permission group - they will have access to the content. If content has not been shared with a user's permission group - they will not have access to the content. This feature allows administrators to create multiple levels of permission groups and control content to each specific group, keeping users compliant and the brand with consistent uniformity.
When content has been shared with a permission group, the content will be available to all users within that permission group. Content can be shared and un-shared by the administrator at any time.
