Managing Updates

NETGEN makes it easy to manage content and make updates to content that has been shared with your network. Updates made to shared Email Messages, Lead Categories and Lead Signup Forms - update immediately to users.

Editing Email Messages

All Group Email Messages are managed in the Group account.

1     Click on the Lead Generator tab.
2     Click on the Campaign sub tab.
3     In the Email Messages block, click on the name of the email message to edit.
4     The window will refresh into the Email Message Details.
5     Under Email Attachments you can add/delete attachments.
6     Under Email Contents click on Edit.
7     Edit the content and images.
8     Click Save Changes.

Changes made to shared email messages will immediately be available to users.

Editing Lead Categories

All Group Lead Categories are managed in the Group account.

1     Click on the Lead Generator tab.
2     Click on the Campaign sub tab.
3     In the Lead Categories block, click on the name of the category to edit.
4     The window will refresh into the Lead Category Details.
5     Under Email Campaign you can add/delete email messages or change schedule
        date of existing email messages.

Changes made to shared lead categories will immediately be available to users.

Editing Lead Signup Forms

All Group Lead Signup Forms are managed in the Group account.

1     Click on the Lead Generator tab.
2     Click on the Campaign sub tab.
3     In the Lead Signup Forms block, click on the name of the category to edit.
4     The window will refresh into the Lead Signup Form Details.
       Under Lead Signup Form Details, edit the Category associated to this form. 
       Under Survey Questions, edit/delete/add survey questions.
       Under Page Header,  edit the Header, Footer or Confirmation Page.

Changes made to shared lead signup forms will immediately be available to users.

Un-sharing Email Messages

Shared Email Message can easily be un-shared at any time.

1     Click on the Lead Generator tab.
2     Click on the Campaign sub tab.
3     In the Email Messages block, click on the name of the email message to un-share.
4     The window will refresh into the Email Message Details.
5     Under Email Message Details block, you will see Content Sharing.
6     Under Content Sharing you will see Permission Groups Available and Permission
       Groups Shared With
.
7     Under Permission Groups Shared With, click on the Permission Group to un-share
       this message with.
8     Click on the minus symbol.
9     Click Save Changes.

Email Messages that have been un-shared will no longer be available to users. However, if un-shared email messages are connected to a Lead Category, administrators will need to delete the email message from the Email Campaign.

Un-sharing Lead Categories

Shared Lead Categories can easily be un-shared at any time.

1     Click on the Lead Generator tab.
2     Click on the Campaign sub tab.
3     In the Lead Categories block, click on the name of the category to un-share.
4     The window will refresh into the Lead Category Details.
5     Under the Lead Category Details block, you will see Content Sharing.
6     Under Content Sharing you will see Permission Groups Available and Permission
       Groups Shared With
.
7     Under Permission Groups Shared With, click on the Permission Group to un-share
       this message with.
8     Click on the minus symbol.
9     Click Save Changes.

*   Lead Categories that have been un-shared will no longer be available to users. If the
     un-shared Lead Category is connected to a Lead Signup Form, the Category will
     default to (None).
**  Leads that are within a Lead Category that has been un-shared will no longer receive
     the drip email campaigns. They will default to Lead Category: (None).


Un-sharing Lead Signup Forms

Shared Lead Signup Forms can easily be un-shared at any time.

1     Click on the Lead Generator tab.
2     Click on the Campaign sub tab.
3     In the Lead Signup Forms block, click on the name of the lead signup form to
       un-share.
4     The window will refresh into the Lead Signup Form Details.
5     Under the Lead Signup Form Details block, you will see Content Sharing.
6     Under Content Sharing you will see Permission Groups Available and Permission
       Groups Shared With.
7     Under Permission Groups Shared With, click on the Permission Group to un-share
       this lead form with.
8     Click on the minus symbol.
9     Click Save Changes.

*   Lead Signup Forms that have been un-shared will no longer be available to users. If
     the un-shared Lead Signup Form is used on a user's Build Your Own Web page, the
     form will no longer be available on the web page and an error will display on the web
     page.
