The automation of lead communication is controlled by the Category. Categories determine the trigger schedule of the email messages. Categories may also be connected to Lead Signup Forms. Leads added through a Signup Form that is connected to a Category - will automatically receive the email messages within that Category.

Email Messages Linked to Categories

Connecting email messages to categories will automate communication to leads and simplify the lead follow up process for users. The trigger schedule allows administrators to create email campaigns that allow for more frequent email messages while the lead is hot, and less emails as the lead displays less activity.  Create Categories that follow a sales flow and you will immediately control the messages sent to leads, as well as frequency of when your company name is in front of them.
